Ease of Living Index: Muzaffarpur is India's worst city to live in

111 cities in India were surveyed on 13 categories including quality of life, sustainability, health, education among other parameters and Muzaffarpur in Bihar found itself at the bottom of the list. Only 7% of the city's 137 km long drainage system is covered and earned the nickname of Machcharpur from its residents and in some areas - like Wards 16 and 18, disasters are waiting to happen.
