FARGO — A North Dakota lottery player has claimed a $3 million prize won on a Mega Millions ticket purchased at a Fargo convenience store.

The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, plans to invest the winnings, the North Dakota Lottery said in a news release Thursday, April 1.

The winning numbers drawn Tuesday were 11, 37, 47, 53, 56 and the Mega Ball was 15. The Megaplier multiplier was 3.

Because the ticket buyer had added the Megaplier feature for $1 more, the $1 million prize tripled, making the winning ticket worth $3 million.

The ticket was sold at the Casey’s General Store at 3545 25th St. S.
