Nikki Grahame's GoFundMe page has been reactivated by her friends to help pay for funeral costs and for a charity donation.

The popular Big Brother star, 38, tragically died last week following a battle with anorexia.

The fundraising page was initially set up by Nikki's friends to raise money for the star to help pay for specialist treatment as her battle with the eating disorder worsened during lockdown.

Friends said at the time the reality star, who has endured a lifelong battle with anorexia, was in a 'very bad way'.

Nikki's mum Sue also made an appearance on This Morning at the end of last month and explained how the isolation of lockdown had been "hard" for he daughter and when gyms closed, it was "quite a worry".

The page raised more than £65,000 to ensure she can get help with her condition.

A further update to the page following the news Nikki had sadly passed has now announced that donations are once again being welcomed, OK! reports.

Carly Cunningham, Nikki's friend who arranged the initial fundraiser, wrote: "We just wanted to let you know that we are turning donations back on for anyone that would like to make a donation in Nikki's memory, as lots of people have been asking if they can still donate.

At the time of writing the GoFundMe page had reached more than £69,000.

Tributes poured in for Nikki over the weekend who shot to fame when she appeared on Big Brother seven in 2006.

The show, hosted then by Davina McCall, produced countless reality TV stars including Nikki who was so popular she returned for Ultimate Big Brother in 2010 and appeared on the BB spin-off show on numerous occasions.
