Celebrity restaurateur Myles Chefetz eats up $5.3M home deal in Miami

Miami celebrity restaurateur Myles Chefetz is on a real estate roll.

Chefetz recently sold his beloved waterfront home to playboy billionaire Warren Lichtenstein for $15.5 million in an off-market deal, as Gimme reported exclusively.

Chefetz owns a string of popular eateries like Prime 112 — hot spots for the Kardashians, Oprah, Bill Clinton and A-Rod, as well as Rudy Giuliani and his ex-Soviet “‘henchmen,” as Page Six reported — loved the home and did not want to sell.

However, Lichtenstein, we heard, made an offer that Chefetz couldn’t refuse — almost $10 million more than the $5.65 million he had originally paid for the home in 2013.

Now Chefetz has bought a new home at 5780 La Gorce Drive for $5.3 million, from developer Greg Bennati.

The home first listed for $5.45 million.

Bennati bought the property for $1.15 million in 2018. The new development home — completed during lockdown, in December 2020 — is 4,084 square feet.

It features five bedrooms and 5½ baths overlooking Miami Beach’s La Gorce Country Club.
