BHUBANESWAR: Nineteen of the 30
districts in
Odisha are among 296 districts in the country with test
positivity rate above 20%, a list published by
Union health ministry shows.
Sambalpur has the highest (56.8%). Kalahandi has 41.7% and Sundargarh 40.2%, while Khurda (34.2%), Bargarh (33.7%), Nuapada (33.2%), Boudh (33.1%), Angul (30.8%),
Deogarh (29.1%) and
Jharsuguda (26.5%). Balangir (25.9%), Puri (25.6%), Cuttack (25.1%), Nabarangpur (25.0%), Jajpur (24.2%), Keonjhar (22.6%), Gajapati (22.2%), Bhadrak (22%) and Balasore (21.2%) have positivity above 20%.
