A Spartanburg teen died at the hospital Monday after a crash, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.Troopers said the crash happened at 9:30 p.m. Monday.The coroner said Arthur Simpson Jr., 19, died at the hospital just after 11 p.m. According to troopers, a vehicle traveling west on Highway 176 tried to turn left onto Dogwood Club Road and was hit by Simpson's vehicle, which was heading east on Highway 176.Neither driver was wearing a seat belt, troopers said. A Spartanburg teen died at the hospital Monday after a crash, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.

The coroner said Arthur Simpson Jr., 19, died at the hospital just after 11 p.m.
