PIAA champion Jagger Condomitti of Northampton and two-time third-place finisher Drew Clearie of Nazareth are among the 11 finalists for the Robert Getz Memorial District 11 Wrestling Officials Scholarship award.

The award is named in memory of former official Bob Getz, who passed away in December. He was a long-time official and integral part of the Valley Elementary Wrestling League.

Others finalists are Catasauqua’s Austin Brett, Parkland’s Mackenzie DelVecchio, East Stroudsburg South’s Dawson Miller, North Schuylkill’s Danny Grigas, Pocono Mountain West’s Charlie Maloy, Easton’s Dom Falcone, Stroudsburg’s Josh Jasionowicz, Saucon Valley’s Sophia Riehl and Pottsville’s Matt Ross.

The winner will be announced next week and recognized as the district officials’ banquet on Thursday, May 27, at Steel Club in Hellertown.
