President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Harutyunyan today received former Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia Mesrop Arakelyan and awarded him the Mkhitar Gosh Medal.

The head of state expressed gratitude to Mesrop Arakelyan for standing with the people of Artsakh during the difficult post-war period and highly appreciated the large-scale work that the former official of Armenia and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs did to help Artsakh recover from the social disaster and overcome the consequences. President Harutyunyan granted the Mkhitar Gosh Medal to Mesrop Arakelyan for his significant contribution to the solutions to the social issues of the people of Artsakh.
