Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter is joining 43 other attorneys general urging Facebook's CEO not to make a children's version of Instagram.

The group signed a letter asking him to scrap plans for children under 13.

The letter cites mental health and privacy concerns.

Members of Congress and child safety groups have expressed similar worries.
