PATNA: RJD MLA from Maner Bhai Virendra on Thursday claimed that RJD supremo Lalu Prasad would visit to Patna after the end of Covid-19 pandemic lockdown. The lockdown to curb the fresh cases of Covid19 infection will come to an end on June 8.
At the same time, he predicted likely turmoil in the state's political scenario. On being contacted, the RJD legislator said that the people were fed up with the NDA rule in the state.
"Several MLAs of the ruling coalition were in a mood to switch sides," he asserted.
The internal conflict in the two main coalition partners--BJP and JD(U)--has added fuel to the fire, the Maner MLA said, adding that the people have lost faith in the government, which mainly focused on advertisements rather than carrying out development works.
"The reality is far from what is being represented before the people. But now people will not be misled. They have already understood their political gameplan," Virendra said.
He further said that RJD spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari recently quoted former CM Jitan Ram Manjhi's statement, which is an indication towards "bechaini" in the NDA partners in the state.
The ruling coalition, however, dismissed the RJD's claim and said that the state has a stable government and wouldn't affect the rumours spread by the main opposition parties.
JD(U) spokesperson Nikhil Mandal said that the dreams of the opposition leaders would not be fulfilled by spreading canards against the government. "They should day dreaming," he suggested the opposition leaders.

JD(U) MLC and former IPRD minister Neeraj Kumar took a dig at the RJD leaders, who predicted turmoil in state politics after Lalu's visit to the state. "Lalu's oxgen level dipped during virtual meeting with RJD functionaries but his twitter level has increased after being granted bail in fodder scam cases," he added.
BJP's OBC cell national general secretary Nikhil Anand also dismissed the RJD's claim. "The opposition is trying to create confusion among the ruling coalition partners but they will not succeed," he said.
