Assam's tourism sector faces hardship due to Covid-19 pandemic

Tourism sector in Assam have been severely affected due to COVID pandemic. State Forest Minister Parimal Suklabaidya expressed his concern over the grim situation due to temporary closure. Speaking to ANI, State Forest Minister Parimal Suklabaidya said, "The Kaziranga National Park & Tiger Reserve has also suffered losses due to temporary closure". He also added that this situation is due to drastic fall in tourism.
