Rock Island city leaders are taking steps to figure out what to do with millions of dollars from the federal government.
The city received $20 million in pandemic relief and the city council held a special meeting Monday night to get some ideas.
One of the people involved in that decision process is Rock Island City Manager Randy Tweet and he joined Local 4 News at 4 to tell us more.
