Greater Noida: 220 get jab on second of special vaccination camp

GREATER NOIDA: The special vaccine camp held at Vikas Bhawan in Greater Noida's Surajpur for the elderly, differently-abled and transgenders continued for the second day on Tuesday with a target slot for 250.
While no transgender turned up on Tuesday, a total of 220 beneficiaries got vaccinated.
These include 200 in the 18 plus and under 44 years age group.
These were 70 PRD (Prantiya Rakshak Dal) jawans deployed at the Vikas Bhawan, two differently-abled, 20 bank staff at the Vikas Bhawan branch of Canara Bank and the remaining 108 were staff and family members of Vikash Bhawan.
Apart from that 20 beneficiaries were in the 45 years and above category from old age homes of Noida who got the jab on Tuesday.
Unlike expectations, no transgenders turned up on the second day of the camp.
