Hermosa Beach Community Garden: Visit the community garden at 425 Valley Drive in Hermosa Beach, from 10 a.m. to noon for an open house and plant sale. Vegetables, herbs, succulents and flowers are among the items available to purchase. For $5, visitors can enter a raffle drawing for a potted olive shrub.  Activities for children include a program about monarch butterflies and a free milkweed plant.

Roundhouse Aquarium: The grand reopening of the Roundhouse Aquarium at the end of the Manhattan Beach Pier will take place from noon to 6 p.m. The events will feature craft and activity tables, prizes, outdoor fun, and live musical performances by Jefferson Graham and Paul Ellis. The Fenians perform at TPAC: In-person concerts are back at Torino Plaza of the Torrance Cultural Arts Center, 3330 Civic Center Drive.  All shows start at 7 p.m. and tickets start at $32 each.
