Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Vitaly Balasanyan today held a working meeting with representatives of relevant state bodies and discussed issues related to water supply and power supply in the settlements of Artsakh, as reported the Office of the Security Council.

Balasanyan assigned to explore the opportunities to improve the current situation in the mentioned sectors and take appropriate measures in short periods.
