Union cabinet reshuffle: Ally threatens BJP, demands cabinet berth

Nishad Party, an ally of the BJP in Uttar Pradesh, has threatened that the saffron party may have to pay a heavy price in 2022 UP assembly polls if his son does not get a berth in the union cabinet. Nishad Party chief Sanjay Nishad said that his son Praveen Nishad, who is a BJP MP from Sant Kabir Nagar, must be inducted into the union cabinet.
