Female red panda Yeshi gives birth to cub at Darjeeling zoo

A female red panda, Yeshi, gave birth to a cub at Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park in Darjeeling. Yeshi and her cub are healthy. Darjeeling zoo is known for raising red pandas. “This is the fifth birth of a red panda cub in this season," said zoo director Dharam Deo Rai.
