Quebec is set to ease more restrictions on Sunday, reports Andy Riga in his daily blog covering pandemic developments. The changes, which will apply to all regions, will affect the sale of alcohol in bars and restaurants and the sizes of crowds at festivals and other events, the government said in a press release.
