Odisha CM launches Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana in Malkangiri

Chief Minister of Odisha Naveen Patnaik on August 20 launched Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana and distributed smart health cards under the scheme in Malkangiri. The scheme will cover 3.5 crore people of the state out of 4.3 crore population.
