Hyderabad collector L Sharvan motivates Secunderabad Cantonment residents to take Covid-19 jabs

HYDERABAD: Dispel fear and doubts about the Covid-19 vaccine, Hyderabad Collector, L Sharvan has appealed to residents of Secunderabad Cantonment.
On Friday, Collector Sharvan paid a visit to Bolarum in the Cantonment and motivated the residents by visiting door-to-door, as part of a drive to ensure 100 percent vaccination.
Based on Telangana chief secretary, Somesh Kumar’s decision, regarding launching of special drives for non-vaccinated people in GHMC and Secunderabad Cantonment, Hyderabad collector took responsibility to complete the task and visit Cantonment, for past three days.
Collector Sharvan, during door-to-door visits, was motivating the residents who are resisting to take Covid-19 vaccine doses and break their myths.
Medical and health department officials, who accompanied the Collector, also spread awareness by pasting stickers on the houses indicating the importance of vaccination.
Meanwhile, Cantonment Board officials have opened a few more vaccination centres in the Cantonment residential colonies and reached 100 per cent vaccination status.
