70th millionaire in Oklahoma Lottery history wins with scratch off

OKLAHOMA CITY (KTUL) — Someone who bought a scratch-off ticket at a gas station in Newcastle instantly won $1 million Tuesday.

The Oklahoma Lottery says the person bought a Millionaire Extraordinaire scratcher at Tri-City Gas n Go on August 31.

The winner is the 70th Oklahoma Lottery millionaire, including five new million-dollar winners to date in 2021.

The winner is the second top prize winner for the Millionaire Extraordinaire scratcher this year. An Oklahoma City man claimed the first prize in March.
