Delhi BJP chief urges Hardeep Puri to cancel land for Haj House in national capital

“It is ironical that while there is shortage of schools, colleges and hospitals in the city, the AAP government has rather decided to allot a piece of land in sector 22 of Dwarka for Haj House against the wishes of locals for political gains,” Gupta said, adding that in past also BJP protested against the allocation of land for Haj House.

NEW DELHI: A delegation of villagers from Palam led by Delhi BJP president Adesh Gupta called on Union housing and urban affairs minister Hardeep Singh Puri and demanded cancellation of land allotted for Haj House in Dwarka.
The minister assured the delegation that he would look into the issue, Delhi BJP stated.
