Indore: ‘Green Corridor’ helps transport organs, brain dead woman gives life to many

The 41st Green Corridor was once again made in Indore on Sunday afternoon. The vital organs of a 37-year-old woman, who was brain dead, are being transplanted to needy patients in Indore. Neha Choudhary, a resident of Indore, was suffering from a brain disease. She was admitted to the hospital on September 12. She was declared brain dead on Saturday. The family members of Neha gave consent for organ donation to fulfill her wish. While her liver is being transplanted at Choithram hospital, where she was admitted, her kidneys are being transplanted to patients at CHL Hospital and Bombay hospital, respectively.
