Karnataka KCET Result 2021 Updates: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) released the result for the Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2021 today i.e September 20. Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam can check their results at kea.kar.nic.in, karresults.nic.in.

A total of 70,888 boys and 85022 girls had appeared for Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) exam while 90,601 boys and 92630 girls had appeared for the engineering entrance exam this year. For BSc (Agricultural) entrance exam, a total of 70,792 boys and 84968 girls had appeared.
This year, a total of 2,01,834 candidates had registered for KCET-2021, which was held on August 28 and 29. Of the total, 1,62,439 (80.48 per cent) candidates had appeared for biology, and 1,89,522 (93.90 per cent) for mathematics. The attendance for physics and chemistry tests, as noted by KEA, was 1,93,588 (95.91 per cent) and 1,93,522 (95.88 per cent), respectively.
KCET 2021 was held at 86 centres located in the city of Bengaluru and 444 centres outside Bengaluru. The Kannada language test For Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates was held at six locations — Bidar, Belagavi, Vijaypura, Ballari, Mangalore, and Bangalore, for which 1682 candidates had registered.
There are no cut-off marks for seeking entry to engineering courses. Among the other professional streams, 1,52,518 candidates are eligible for admission to agriculture courses, 1,52,760 candidates for veterinary courses, 1,55,910 candidates for naturopathy and yoga, and 1,86,638 candidates for BPharma and Pharma diploma courses.
The number of candidates registered for the CET was 2,01,834 of which 193447 appeared.

Meghan HK from Mysuru has emerged as the topper in BNYS entrance exam. Varun Aditya from Bangalore and Reetham B from Mangalore have secured second and third rank, respectively.
Meghan HK from Pramati Hill View Academy, Mysuru has topped the engineering exam. Premankur Chakraborty from Bangalore has secured the second rank, followed by BS Anirudh from Bangalore at third rank.

Karnataka Deputy CM and Higher Education Minister CN Ashwathnarayan will announce the KCET 2021 result today. Students will be able to check scorecards after 4 pm.
