Odisha: Newborn baby saved from the floods of Balasore

A newborn baby was saved from the flood-hit Basta district in Balasore, Odisha. The district was completely inundated by floodwater. Firemen used rope slings to rescue people across the flooded areas. The floodwaters had completely submerged the Pejanala village and Basta district in Balasore.
