Priyanka Gandhi Vadra detained by UP cops at Sitapur

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra was detained by UP cops at Sitapur. Priyanka Gandhi was en route to Lakhimpur Kheri to meet agitating farmers. Congress leader and Haryana MP Deepender Singh Hooda also joined Priyanka Gandhi. On Sunday, at least 8 died in violence during farmers’ protest in Lakhimpur Kheri. Following the incident, Priyanka Gandhi had reached the Lucknow airport last evening and was stopped by the police several times on her way to Lakhimpur Kheri.
