Mahesh Koneru passes away: Jr NTR, Nani, Nandamuri Kalyanram and others pay tribute

Tollywood producer Mahesh S Koneru died of a heart attack Tuesday (October 12) morning. The producer, 40, is also a well-known public relations manager in the Telugu film industry, passed away in Visakhapatnam, a source close to the producer said.
Besides Nandamuri Kalyanram’s '118,' Mahesh had also produced films like Keerthy Suresh’s 'Miss India' and Satyadec’s 'Thimmarusu.' He will be producing Allari Naresh starrer 'Sabhaku Namaskaram' and Naga Shaurya starrer 'Police Vari Hecharika.'
Many Tollywood celebrities, including Jr NTR, Nandamuri Kalyanram, Nani, Anil Ravipudi, Anasuya Bhardwaj, and others took to social media to mourn Mahesh Koneru’s demise.
Jr NTR put up a picture of the film producer on his Twitter and wrote, ''With the heaviest of heart and in utter disbelief, I am letting you all know that my dearest friend @SMKoneru is no more. I am shell shocked and utterly speechless. My sincerest condolences to his family and his near and dear.''

Nandamuri Kalyanram also shared a photo of Mahesh and wrote, ''Absolutely shook and in disbelief. A man who is a friend, family and well-wisher is no more. Mahesh Koneru garu has been our backbone no matter what. Huge loss to me personally and the whole industry. Strength to his near and dear ones.''

Nani paid tribute to Mahesh on his Twitter handle. He tweeted, ''Have known #MaheshKoneru from the beginning days of my career. This is heartbreaking. Deepest condolences and strength to the family.''

Sharing a photo of Mahesh Koneru, anchor-actor Anasuya Bhardwaj wrote, ''What a piece of terrible news to learn.. I am deeply sorry.. @smkoneru garu.. gone too soon #RIPMaheshKoneru.''

Filmmaker Anil Ravipudi also penned a note on the demise of Mahesh. He wrote, ''This is extremely shocking!! Saddened to hear the demise of @smkoneru garu! Gone too soon. May his soul rest in peace! Heartfelt condolences to his family & friends.''

Actor Allari Naresh wrote, ''No words to express my shock… a very endearing person who always wore a smile. Can only pray for his family to be able to be strong in this trying time. RIP @smkoneru garu.''

Sampath Nandi tweeted, ''SHOCKINGGG n extremely unfortunate!!! We've lost a young, passionate producer n a good human way too soon. Praying for strength to his family n his soul to rest in peace. #RIPMaheshKoneru.''
