ITV's smash series I'm A Celebrity 2021 is set to be staged in Gwyrch Castle, near Abergele, for the second year in a row.

Although an exact date is yet to be confirmed - it traditionally airs from mid November to early December - speculation is rife which stars may feature this time round.

Normally filmed on the Gold Coast of Australia, Ant and Dec will again return to Gwrych Castle, which successfully became the show's second home last year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, reports MyLondon.

It's been reported that the contestants will have to isolate for two weeks before the show. A source told The Sun: "All of the celebrities will have to quarantine alone for a fortnight.

"Once this ends they will enter the camp, which is basically then their bubble for the whole series. Testing will be done regularly in camp and on the set to ensure all the cast and crew are safe.

"ITV thinks this is the best case scenario and will stop any headaches surrounding Covid, which has been a nightmare for the BBC with Strictly."

As always the celebrities joining the 2021 series will be kept well under wraps until nearer the time, however that doesn't stop the rumour mill from hinting at some new names.

“Jordan came out and was like, ‘That was the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Never send me back there again.’

"So I’ve got, like, two perspectives of it. But I’d like the challenge. So yeah, get me in there, why not?”
