Indus Towers shares gain 4.63% as Sensex falls

Shares of the Indus Towers Ltd. traded at Rs 308.7 on BSE at 10:00AM (IST) on Wednesday, up 4.63 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 175.3 and a high of Rs 332.6.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap down opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 18.54 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 16.66 per share and 4.16 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 942,286 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:00AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 83273.55 crore and is part of the Telecommunications - Allied Services industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 62.43 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 52.05 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 313.4 and Rs 290.6.

Promoters held 41.73 per cent in the company as of 30-Jun-2021. FII and MF ownership in Indus Towers Ltd. stood at 26.76 per cent and 0.49 per cent, respectively.
