UFO Incidents: The Flatwoods Monster of West Virginia

Having wrapped up a two-part look back at the famous UFO crash landing near Roswell, New Mexico on July 8th, 1947, our Paranormal Network video series UFO Incidents moves on to a different subject in its third episode… and in this one, it’s examining the legend of a creature I had never heard about before: The Flatwoods Monster. As the opening of the video says, there are some creatures we all know about – Bigfoot, Nessie, the Jersey Devil, the Mothman – but then there are others that are mostly only talked about in the area where they were sighted. Apparently the Flatwoods Monster is one of those regional legends, and you can hear all about it – and the genuinely disturbing encounters people have had with it – in the video embedded above.

With the UFO Incidents series,

The Paranormal Network invites you to accompany us on a new journey, where we’ll take you inside some of the most compelling and mysterious close encounters ever recorded.
