‘Ready-To-Wear’ Office Suites at Bell Works are 100% Leased

Plans for the addition of new custom-designed office space already underway as demand for the Metroburb’s turnkey flexible office suites continues

Somerset Development, one of the real estate industry’s foremost innovators in large-scale mixed-use redevelopment, announced its pre-built Ready-To-Wear designer office suites are 100% leased. The Ready-To-Wear spaces, which comprise a total of 100,333 square-feet, feature unique, custom designs that are immediately ready to occupy and offer flexible, short-term leasing options.

Due to the incredible demand for the metroburb’s turnkey office suites, Somerset Development is in the midst of bringing an additional 6,884 square-feet of office space to market, which will comprise five new Ready-To-Wear office suites available for lease.

“Today’s milestone serves as a testament to both the ongoing magnetism of the metroburb, and the unbelievable demand from companies seeking beautiful, functional and flexible office space,” said Ralph Zucker, President of Somerset Development. “With the momentum we’re continuing to experience, it became very clear we needed to expand Bell Works New Jersey’s Ready-To-Wear footprint, and we look forward to welcoming even more businesses to our vibrant office community at Bell Works.”

Earlier this summer, Somerset Development announced plans for “Campus” at Bell Works New Jersey – its new flexible workspace solution. Set to open later this year, Campus will occupy 72,000 square feet at the renowned Bell Works metroburb. Designed to cater to the growing number of medium-sized businesses and enterprises in search of flexibly termed leasing solutions, Campus provides a convenient workplace solution for companies ready to return to the office.

Campus adds to the diverse array of workspace options at Bell Works, which range from customized, long-term private offices to pre-furnished, “ready-to-wear” suites to the newly expanded coLab at Bell Works — the metroburb’s coworking membership experience.

The formation of Campus also follows the opening of the expanded coLab, Bell Works’ self-operated coworking space that offers shared and individual desks to dedicated solo offices and team suites through membership subscriptions.
