Maharashtra: 26 Maoists killed in encounter with police in Gadchiroli

At least 26 Maoists were killed in an encounter with police in Maharashtra's Gadchiroli district. The encounter began in the Kotgul-Gyarapatti forest in the early hours of Saturday and lasted till late in the evening. Four police personnel were also seriously injured and were taken to Nagpur by helicopter for treatment.
