I am Professor and Head of Griffith Aviation with a focus on industry-linked and problem-based research and teaching. I am an internationally renowned academic with over twenty-four years of transport research experience. Experience also includes major leadership roles such as Head of School, Program Director, and Chief Investigator of large multi-partner research projects.

My research is typically interdisciplinary and applied across transport and engineering grand challenges, and is increasingly focused on aviation and environmental sustainability. Collaborations have been with a wide range of industry and Government partners, including major airports and airlines.
