Dr Hayleigh Bosher is a Senior Lecturer in Intellectual Property Law and Associate Dean at Brunel University London. She is the author of Copyright in the Music Industry (Edward Elgar 2021) and co-host of the Whose Song Is It Anyway? Podcast. Hayleigh runs the IP Pro Bono Service at Brunel Law School and is a legal consultant specialising in media, entertainment and intellectual property law and writes for the specialist IP blog The IPKat.

Hayleigh is also Visiting Research Fellow at the Centre for Intellectual Property, Policy and Management. She holds a PhD in Copyright Law from Bournemouth University. Her main research area is copyright in the entertainment industries, particularly music, film and social media.
