Quantity Surveyor, Sunderland

Sunderland City Council is recruiting for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor for the Building Services Section reporting to the Minor Works Manager.

What they say: “The role will be responsible for the provision of an efficient and comprehensive estimating and quantity surveying function which provides new construction and refurbishment projects to a range of customers both commercial and domestic.

“The successful applicant will be educated to an ONC/HNC level or equivalent in a construction related activity, have a proven track record of delivering an estimating and quantity surveying function which includes, preparing financial information to external parties as well as administration of contract documentation and payment applications.

Ingeus is recruiting for two full-time positions, to work across offices covering Ashington, Newcastle, Gateshead, North Shields, South Shields and Sunderland.

Dogs Trust Newcastle is looking for people from all kinds of backgrounds who are passionate about working with owners to understand the best way to train their dogs and form the best bond possible with their four-legged friend.
