Manipur Elections 2022: CM N Biren Singh welcomes EC guidelines, says BJP will get absolute majority

Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh on January 08 welcomed the announcements made by the Election Commission of India (ECI) over the Assembly polls in five states and said that our government delivered what we promised, even though some things take time. We will get the absolute majority. “We will get the absolute majority in upcoming Assembly polls,” CM Biren added. The Election Commission of India announced Assembly polls schedule for Goa, Punjab, Manipur, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. Elections in 60 constituencies of Manipur will be held in two phases on February 27 and March 3, 2022.
