Confirmed! Mouni Roy to have 2-day Bengali wedding with Suraj Nambiar in Goa on Jan 27
IndiaToday.in has exclusively learnt that Mouni Roy will be exchanging wedding vows with long-term boyfriend Suraj Nambiar on January 27, 2022. The wedding will take place in Goa and will be a traditional Bengali one.
Television-turned-Bollywood actress Mouni Roy is all set to embark on a new journey in her life. The actress, who is rumoured to be dating Dubai-based businessman Suraj Nambiar, will be exchanging wedding vows with him in the next couple of days. Rumours had it that the couple was set to tie the knot on January 27, 2022. And now, a close source to Mouni has confirmed to IndiaToday.in that the wedding is indeed happening on the scheduled date.
MOUNI ROY TO HAVE 2-DAY BEACH WEDDING IN GOA
A source close to the actress has exclusively informed IndiaToday.in that the actress is going to have a 2-day beach wedding in Candolim, Goa on January 27, 2022. As far as pre-wedding rituals are concerned, the actress and Suraj will have their sangeet and haldi ceremonies on January 26, 2022.
Besides that, the source has revealed that Mouni and Suraj will have a traditional Bengali wedding. Currently, Mouni is busy with the preparations for her wedding. She has been keeping things low-key due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, her close friends and immediate family members are expected to attend her wedding.
MOUNI ROY'S DATING HISTORY
When Mouni was an integral part of the television industry, the actress was rumoured to be in a relationship with Mohit Raina. The actors worked together in the famous mythological show, Devon Ke Dev Mahadev. While there were rumours of their relationship, Mohit Raina went on record to say that he never dated Mouni.
ON THE WORK FRONT FOR MOUNI
Work-wise, Mouni will be seen next in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra, which is going to be made in three parts. She will be seen alongside lovebirds Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Dimple Kapadia are also part of the film. The first part of Brahmastra is scheduled to release on September 9, 2022.
Mouni hails from Cooch Behar in West Bengal and moved to Mumbai after completing her studies in Delhi. She made her debut with a small role in Abhishek Bachchan's Run, followed by a big launch in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi by Ekta Kapoor.
