ALL-SCHOLASTICS

GREG AUDITORE, Brookline

The senior raced to a personal best of 15:38 for 3.1 miles to finish eighth in the Div. 1A race. Auditore owns a personal best of 4:39 in the mile and has run 2:04 over 800 meters. He is an honor roll student and enjoys art and listening to music.

HAKIM BOUKHTAM, Quincy

The senior put up a 15:45 on the Wrentham Developmental Center layout. Boukhtam has plenty of middle distance speed and sports a 1:56 for the 800. He ran for New England Elite last spring and plans on competing for UMass-Lowell at the collegiate level.

SAM BURGESS, Framingham

Burgess broke the Wrentham Developmental Center course record in the Div. 1A championship with a 15:05 before capturing the Div. 1 All-State title a week later. Burgess won the Twilight Invitational, Manchester Invitational and was the Bay State Conference champion. He’s a member of the National Honor Society.

FREDDY COLEMAN. Methuen

The team captain was the Merrimack Valley Conference’s Div. 2 Runner of the Year. Coleman was 14th in the All-State race and clocked 15:42 over 3.1 miles. A strong track runner with personal bests of 1:57 and 4:24 in the 800 and mile, respectively, Coleman is an honor roll student and will attend UMass-Lowell.

RYAN CONNOLLY, North Andover

The junior was victorious at the Frank Kelley Invitational and Dick Atkinson Invitational. The Merrimack Valley League champion, Connolly was 10th in the Div. 1B race and 13th in the Div. 1 All-State event. An AP student in U.S. History, he hopes to study physics or history at a Div. 1 college.

JUSTIN EASTMAN, Arlington

A senior captain, Eastman was second at the Middlesex League Championships; the Div. 1B champion bolted to a 17th-place finish in the Div. 1 All-State race. He earned a Massachusetts Seal of Biliteracy for Spanish. Eastman plans to serve a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

BEN FELDMAN, Natick

This junior was seventh in the Div. 1A race and 16th in the Div. 1 All-State Championships. Feldman had a personal best of 15:49 over 3.1 miles, a 5:05 mile pace. He helped Natick qualify for All-States as a team for the first time in over 30 years. Feldman has clocked 4:27 in the mile. The perennial honor roll student has achieved high honors.

CHRIS GOULD, Cambridge

This senior was undefeated in the Dual County League and finished 10th in the Div. 1 All-State race. Gould had a personal best of 15:39 this fall. Captain of Cambridge’s varsity hockey team, he is a league All-Star and a high honors student.

NATHAN LOPEZ, St. John’s Prep

Lopez had a third-place finish in the Div. 1 All-State race in 15:23. At the divisional championships, this junior was fifth in the Div. 1A race at 15:44 and placed sixth at the prestigious Ocean State Invitational in 15:37. Lopez runs both indoor and outdoor track and is an honor roll student.

DAVID MANFREDI, Weymouth

One of the best runners on the South Shore, this Wildcat junior had a big day at All-States with a sixth-place finish in 15:35. A 9:44 2-miler, Manfredi is a former hockey player and swimmer. He enjoys mountain biking and skiing and plans to compete at the collegiate level.

KYLER MCNATT, Needham

Bay State Conference talent McNatt posted a blazing 15:22 to capture the Battle of the Border Invitational. This senior was third in the Div. 1A race with a 15:28 and second at All-States with a 15:15. A member of the National Honor Society, McNatt runs indoor and outdoor track and has a personal best of 9:15 in the 2 mile. He will attend the University of Michigan.

DREW PESKO, Marshfield

The senior pushed hard to capture 12th in the Div. 1 All-State race in 15:46. The Patriot League champion runs both indoor and outdoor track and has clocked 4:22 in the mile and a 9:33 2-mile. A member of the National Honor Society, Pesko plans to run cross country and track at UMass-Amherst and major in economics.

ALEX PETERSEN, Brookline

Fourth in the Bay State Conference meet, this senior was sixth in the Div. 1A championships before sprinting home to ninth at Div. 1 All-States. Brookline’s captain was a BSC All-Star and runs both indoor and outdoor track. Petersen enjoys reading and playing the piano.

RITHIKH PRAKASH, Burlington

A junior, Prakash was a All-Conference in the Middlesex League and was third in the Div. 2 All-State race in 15:56.8 and fifth at the Bay State Invitational. The honor roll student also competes in the Bay State Games and AAU events during the offseason.

CHRISTOPHER SULLIVAN, Catholic Memorial

The Catholic Conference MVP was fifth at the All-State meet. He went on to place 32nd at the Northeast Regional Championships. In spring track, Sullivan raced to fourth in the 2-mile. A high honors student, the junior is a recipient of the Principal’s List Award.

TYLER TUBMAN, Newton North

The Bay State Conference junior captured the Carey Division title. Tubman was 14th in the Div. 1A race in 16:14.9 and went on to destroy that time in the Div. 1 All-State event, placing 15th with a quick 15:46.90. He has clocked 4:25 in the mile and is an honor roll student.

CHARLIE TUTTLE, St. John’s Prep

The senior has clocked a 9:12 in the 2-mile, and was second in the Div. 1A race with a blistering 15:09. He finished fourth in the Div. 1 All-State championships. An honor roll student, Tuttle is on both the Headmaster and Principal Lists. He plans to continue running at Boston University.

BRENDAN WILDER, Waltham

Wilder had a big junior year with a third-place finish in the Dual County League Championships and seventh in the Div. 1 All-State race. Waltham’s school record-holder in the mile at 4:26, he plays basketball and runs spring track. Wilder is also an honor roll student.
