Wolves have announced their second signing of the January transfer window, prompting a transfer theory from Tottenham Hotspur fans.

Portugal Under-21 winger Chiquinho has signed a four-and-a-half-year deal at the club, joining from the Portuguese side Estoril in a deal worth around £3million.

Chiquinho has impressed in Portugal this season, scoring three goals and providing a further three assists, earning him a move to the Premier League.

The transfer comes amid speculation over the future of Adama Traore, who is said to be interesting Tottenham.

Latest reports from journalist Fabrizio Romano suggest that Antonio Conte is keen to make a move for the Spaniard in this window, with it suggested that the winger is valued at around £25million, although Wolves are ‘pushing’ to keep the player until the end of the season as they push for European football next season.

Traore scored his first goal of the season in Saturday’s 3-1 win over Southampton, after coming onto the pitch for the final 12 minutes of the match.
