LUCKNOW: Ahead of the quarterly assessment of
Swachh Bharat Survey-2022, scheduled to begin in the first week of March,
Lucknow Municipal Corporation (
LMC) has decided to depute sanitary inspectors in all eight zones.
Ministry of housing and urban affairs will release the toolkit for the survey in the first week of March. According to LMC, these inspectors will remain on field duty from 7am to 5pm and will be held answerable if garbage management is found shoddy.
“Sanitary inspectors will visit all dumping points and get garbage collected.
Two photographs clicked before and after the collection of garbage will have to be sent to the control room,” said additional commissioner
Abhay Pandey.
