An Athletes' Village will be built at the University of Warwick for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games set to take place later this year.

From July 28 to August 8, 2022, the university will be hosting nearly 2,000 athletes as they prepare to compete in several sporting events in towns and cities across the West Midlands.

The games provide the opportunity to once again showcase the region’s ability to thrive in the global spotlight, following hot on the heels of Coventry City of Culture 2021.
