When Ranveer Singh lost his cool on a fan flirting with Anushka Sharma

The duo that was once rumoured to be dating each other is now happily married with their respective partners. Anushka Sharma is enjoying her marital life with Virat Kohli & their daughter Vamika while Ranveer Singh is madly in love with his wife Deepika Padukone. Though Ranveer & Anushka never made their relationship official, their public appearances together made it quite evident. The pair had also appeared together on Karan Johar’s chat show where they denied being in a relationship contrary to the then rumours. According to an entertainment portal, some past reports had claimed that Ranveer is a possessive boyfriend and didn’t like that a flirtatious fan walked up to Anushka to declare that he had a crush on her. As per the report, a source said, ‘This guy walked up to Anushka and told her that he had a crush on her when he saw Rab Ne…. She took it in the right spirit and jokingly asked if he still had a crush on her. The guy hesitantly admitted that he did. Though Anushka was enjoying the chat, Ranveer, sitting beside her, got really angry. He told the guy, 'Mind your language. She is my girlfriend. I will break your nose’. There was no official confirmation about this spat as Ranveer’s manager denied it and called it baseless rumours. As per a report in a news portal, Ranveer mentioned in an old interview that a distance had grown between them, and they had stopped talking to each other like before. He also admitted that he missed her. He had said, ‘Yes. I miss her tremendously. She is full of love. Too many people have misunderstood her. Too many people just don't get where she is coming from and the kind of person that she is.’ Further adding, ‘She is one of the purest and honest people I have ever met. It's a big thing to say therefore it may sound to the reader like an exaggeration. Honestly, I've met few people who have nothing but purity in their heart and soul. I get angry when I read negative articles about her. It infuriates me more than my own negative articles’.The two have left their past behind them and proved that exes can be cordial with each other and be friends. In fact, Anushka was one of the first Bollywood celebrities to wish Ranveer and Deepika on their wedding." She said, "Wishing you both a world of happiness and a beautiful journey together. May the love & respect you have in each other, grow leaps and bounds. And welcome to the club.” Interestingly, she also attended their wedding reception in Mumbai. On the work front, Anushka and Ranveer have worked together on 3 films together: ‘Band Baja Barat’, ‘Ladies vs Ricky Bahl’ & ‘Dil Dhadakne do’.
