- West Ham and Crystal Palace linked with Olympique Marseille's Bamba Dieng
- The 21-year-old forward has been given permission to leave the Ligue One outfit
- The Senegalese international has scored four times in 14 matches this season
West Ham and Crystal Palace are both eyeing a late move for Olympique Marseille striker Bamba Dieng with the French club willing to let him go in the January transfer window.
The two Premier League clubs have enquired about the 21-year-old attacker, according to RMC Sport.
The Ligue 1 side are now in a position where they need to sell, and Dieng could now leave Marseille for €10m (£8m) this month, in order to help the French side balance the books.

The Senegalese forward, who is currently away at the African Cup of Nations (AFCON), netted for his country in their 2-0 victory over Cape Verde in the last 16.
Dieng, who is a product of the FC Diambars set-up in Senegal that was co-founded by Palace manager Patrick Vieira in 2000, broke into the first-team this season and has since been rewarded with a new contract.
He moved to Marseille in 2020 and won his first full international cap last October.
Dieng scored for Senegal in the last 16 of the AFCON as they won 2-0 against Cape Verde
Dieng has bagged four goals and one assist in 14 Ligue 1 games for Marseille so far this season.
A switch to West Ham would make sense for both parties with Michail Antonio being the only recognised senior striker on the Hammers books.
The Eagles however boast the likes of Odsonne Edouard, Christian Benteke, Jordan Ayew, Wilfried Zaha and Jean-Philippe Mateta, which would prove to be more competition for the youngster.
Newcastle United and Burnley are also reportedly interested in Dieng as the transfer deadline edges closer.
