Mouni Roy, Suraj Nambiar kickstart wedding ceremony with Malayali rituals

Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar are finally tying the knot today, January 27, at Hilton Goa Resort. The couple is all set to have two different rituals, a Malayali and a Bengali wedding. While the Naagin star is a Bong beauty, Suraj is a Malayali. The Malayali rituals have started now. Mouni's friends, who are present at the wedding, shared pictures from the same.

MOUNI, SURAJ KICKSTART WEDDING WITH MALAYALI RITUALS

Mouni Roy and Suraj Nambiar will be exchanging wedding vows at Hilton Goa Resort, a hotel situated at Candolim, Goa. The couple's wedding has kickstarted with the Malayali rituals. This will be followed by a Bengali wedding in the evening. Mouni hails from Cooch Behar in West Bengal. On the other hand, Suraj is a banker and businessman in Dubai, who belongs to a Jain family in Bengaluru. Mouni's friend Vanessa Walia shared pictures dressed up for the wedding along with Mandira Bedia and Rohini Iyer. They haven't shared any pictures with Mouni yet.

MOUNI, SURAJ'S WEDDING GUEST LIST

Only families and close friends from the industry are attending Mouni and Suraj ki shaadi. Celebrities such as Arjun Bijlani, Mandira Bedi, Aashka Goradia, Shivaani Malik Singh, Roopali Kadyan, Meet Brothers and Omkar Kapoor are already in Goa. Apart from them, Dance India Dance fame Rahul Shetty, Nach Baliye 7 winner, Pratik Utekar and film producer Vanessa Walia are the confirmed guests at Mouni and Suraj’s wedding.

Other guests who are expected to attend Mouni and Suraj’s wedding are Anisha Verma, and Anuradha Khurana. Mouni’s Brahmastra co-stars, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were also expected to be on their guest list. However, they aren't attending keeping the pandemic situation in mind.
