Weekend curfew in Delhi has been lifted. Cinema halls and restaurants will be permitted to reopen with 50 percent capacity, while guests at weddings will be capped at 200. Government offices will function at 50 percent capacity. Educational institutions will remain closed, and night curfew will continue.

Schools and colleges will remain shut for now.
