In Nalgonda town, the national anthem is played everyday and people stop to pay respect

The practice was started by Janaganamana Utsav Samithi on January 23, 2021. The national anthem is played over loudspeakers at 8.30 am at 12 junctions. Traffic comes to a halt and people stand wherever they are to show their respect as volunteers come and hold the national flag.
