According to Delhi Police sources, during the Ghazipur IED case investigation, Special Cell got information about a house in Old Seemapuri. When the Delhi Police Special Cell team reached the place, the said house was closed and a suspicious bag was found on the road.
An improvised explosive device (IED) was found by the National Security Guard (NSG) in the Old Seemapuri area of northeast Delhi on Thursday. The Delhi Police had rushed a team to Old Seemapuri after getting a threat call regarding the suspicious article in the area, a senior officer said.

Noida man, 2 sons among 4 arrested for beating suspected thief to death
Four people, including a man and his two sons, have been arrested in Noida for allegedly beating a suspected thief who later died in a hospital, police said on Thursday. Ram Avtar, his sons Sanjeev and Saajan and their neighbour Sunil, all residents of Chotpur village under Sector 63 police station limits, have been booked for culpable homicide, the police said.

Delhi: Army jawan dies by suicide in Paharganj hotel
An army jawan hanged himself to death in a hotel room in the Paharganj area of the national capital. Police have recovered a suicide note from the deceased's hotel room. In the note, he admitted to harassing a girl to be the reason for his suicide, added the police.
