PATNA: Angry villagers allegedly lynched two persons in separate incidents in Muzaffarpur district since Sunday evening.
In the first incident, one Munna Kumar (25) was beaten to death by the villagers when he, along with his friend Imtiyaz (24) went to Bahdinpur village under Paroo police station area with the body of their friend Vijay Kumar, 24, who died in an accident on Monday morning.

The family members suspected the duo of killing Vijay and attacked them with sticks. While Munna of Turki under Kurni police station died, the injured Imteyaz of Maniyari was hospitalised in a critical condition.
In another incident, a chemist was allegedly murdered at Sahebganj under Motipur police station area in an old dispute late on Sunday.
The locals caught hold of one of the accused and beat him to death with bricks and stones, while the other managed to escape.
