Union Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs & Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri assured all measures to provide relief for consumers from high fuel prices. "In war-like situation when crude oil is getting costlier, we will try to save the consumer as much as possible," he said.

Union minister of education Dharmendra Pradhan assured full help and support for Indian students who have been evacuated and brought back from Ukraine. 

"The drive for the return of Indian students stranded in Ukraine Operation Ganga is a testament to the collective wisdom of 130 crore Indians. We will do whatever needs to be done for these students to complete their medical studies," he said.

The Centre in Lok Sabha assured that it will look into measures for Indian students to complete their education who have been brought back from Ukraine. Union Minister for Education Dharmendra Pradhan replied to the opposition over the issue of evacuated Indian students. 

The Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have been adjourned till 2 pm today. 

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the Budget for Jammu & Kashmir in Lok Sabha. She also presented supplementary demands for grants, demands for grants, and demands for excess grants for the Union Territory Jammu and Kashmir.

Rajya Sabha chairman Venkaiah Naidu praised India's efforts to bring back Indian students from Ukraine. “A large number of Indian students in Ukraine were required to be evacuated. It was a very challenging task.Govt of India rose to the occasion in evacuating Indian students as well as some students of other nationalities. These efforts are praiseworthy,” he said.

Tribal Affairs Minister Arjun Munda will move The Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order (Amendment) Bill, 2022 in Lok Sabha today. The bill seeks to amend the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950 for the inclusion of certain communities in the list of STs in relation to Tripura.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will be presenting the budget for Jammu and Kashmir for the financial year 2022-23 in Lok Sabha today. "Finance Minister to present a statement of estimated receipts and expenditure of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for the year 2022-23," said a statement as quoted by ANI.
