Rohit Singh alias Bablu Singh, was son of a local
BJP leader Pushpa Singh, they said.
In the FIR lodged by Pushpa, it has been alleged that at about 11.05pm on March 28, Rohit saw the three security personnel allegedly in objectionable condition with a woman. When he went there and protested against their wrong behaviour, they along with their cook thrashed Rohit badly. When she along with his another son Kunwar Rahul Singh reached there to rescue him they were driven away by them from there.
Angry over his death, locals blocked the Ara-Mohaniya road (NH-30) for several hours and shops at Jagdishpur market remained closed in protest. JAP leader

Vinay Tiwari said, “Allegations have been levelled against the three constables and their cook who reside on the fort campus. An FIR is being lodged against them and appropriate action will be taken if they are found guilty."
